I was victim to a scam due to my own negligence and immaturity on how to handle a situation and contacted this agency after being contacted by the scammers. The paralegal I contacted was very attentive and non judgmental and explained she would contact an attorney right away for my assistance. Immediately, after ending the call with the paralegal I was contacted by an attorney who had his own schedule of things for the evening contact myself to validate my situation. Mark was a professional, blunt to the point, simple and direct. Mark knew exactly what had taken place and transpired. Due to Mark’s experience, Mark was able to direct myself on a process to handle the situation that was handled within just about few hours of being first contacted by the scammers. Mark was able to provide fast and appropriate service! Wasn't impressed. Lesson learned, hire an attorney by the hour. For a felony case they charge 10k to get you to trial. Their banking on 20 hrs or less (usually less that's 500 an hour). My case lasted to months, I had 3 different lawyers in my 10 months, The first two took state jobs, and that last one will be late to her own funeral.I've never seen the inside of any of there offices and at no point did any of them ask for my side of the story.I probably would have done better with a public defender.
