To; Nathan Miller I was very dissatisfied with your professionalism as an attorney giving you money that I really didn’t have to help my daughter and you requested $500 on a cash app thinking I was getting your help but you didn’t do anything to help me had to retain another attorney to help me I called I sent messages and no response ever to refund my money you must be really desperate to take my money and do nothing you could of sent me my money back

I was grossly misinformed of my charges by Robin Bennett’s paralegal Clayton. I don’t think she knew any better than he did either seeing as she told me that straight probation/parole was a likelihood, which it really is not (in the one incredibly brief phone call I had with her.)I’d ended up getting another lawyer very early in due to lack of urgency on their part also. And was only given a partial refund which I don’t understand because they didn’t even meet with me in person and were very hard, if not impossible, to get ahold of over the phone.It took over two months after being indicted on slightly lowered charges to learn that the lowered charges still carry more than double the time I’d been attempting to prepare myself for over the last two+ months. I’m very upset because it seems the absolute most basic thing you could do as a legal team is know, or least look up if you don’t know, the correct laws.Both charges were communicated to me as being at least one ‘class’ lower than they are (one that I was told was a misdemeanor is actually a felony, making a massive difference in my total possible time.) The laws relevant to my case were updated in ‘22, they gave me old info. Update your stuff! Didn’t seem that he even was reading me anything, quoted it off the top of his head. Really no idea what they kept that $2500 for because it wasn’t for representing me and it wasn’t for accurate legal knowledge.

Wasn't impressed. Lesson learned, hire an attorney by the hour. For a felony case they charge 10k to get you to trial. Their banking on 20 hrs or less (usually less that's 500 an hour). My case lasted to months, I had 3 different lawyers in my 10 months, The first two took state jobs, and that last one will be late to her own funeral.I've never seen the inside of any of there offices and at no point did any of them ask for my side of the story.I probably would have done better with a public defender.

Like all people do in life I made a mistake and I needed help. Without any idea of where I should turn I stumbled upon Suhre & Associates, LLC. Unbeknownst to me I had no idea that this would be one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. I was then introduced to Jacob Elder which was one of the best attorneys and one of the finest and most compassionate individual that I have ever met in my life. Mr. Nathan Miller was great. I was nervous the day of my court because we just became aware that I failed to attend a class demanded by the court. He got on the phone and registered me himself. That to me is way above and beyond. He then jumped through hoops and spoke with the district attorney. Well whatever he said, I walked out of the court house with my case dismissed. Nate was very knowledgeable about the workings of the court system and was more than willing to stay in contact, a rarity in legal advice of today's attorney's. While prehaps abit of a higher cost than most, it feels like he is willing to show you why hes worth it. A respectable mindset that only aids those he defends, since that would force him to get the best outcomes, as this is a game of word of mouth. Overall, I would recommend their services, but for them to also keep in mind the cost of said services for the everyday man. Even if the cost could be considered worth it.

I searched for the best reviews when I needed an attorney recently. I found Suhre and called them. Jacob Elder was very professional, but down to earth and easy to speak with. He even called me one day on his way to the office before he even left his house! That’s the level of urgency and concern I wanted in an attorney and I got it! I told him what I needed, he came up with a game plan and my major problem was resolved within 2 weeks. The price was reasonable for the work that was done, and he proved themselves to be a great asset. I had the best possible outcome with no worries and no work on my part. I didn’t even have to show up in court, which would’ve made me very nervous. I have Jacob Elder in my phone contacts now.
